Our kitchen brings together British pub classics with a Nordic twist – think fish & chips done properly, slow-cooked meats, seasonal dishes and hearty Sunday-style comfort served with finesse. Pair it with one of our homemade brews, crafted on-site and poured fresh from the tap downstairs. From crisp IPAs to rich stouts (and a few surprises between), there’s always something brewing at Amundsen.
